InWestEaling and ContactUs are to establish a new co-working hub in West Ealing early this summer. The new hub has now been named Ealing Workspace and will be opening in St James House.
Why open a co-working space in West Ealing?
The demand for co-working space in the area is evident with the successful launch of Ealing Blueprint,
which ran for a 6 month pilot period and had more than 250 users.
Ealing Blueprint conducted a feasibility study back in 2013 which found that the main reasons put forward to open in West Ealing “were good transport links, a diverse population, and an independent character compared to Ealing Broadway. There are also pockets of strong community activity.”
Who is likely to use a co-working space?
For those looking for a flexible, shared office space Ealing Workspace promises to offer just that.
The new co-working hub will be an attractive offering for freelancers, homeworkers, start-ups and entrepreneurs based in West Ealing. Not only will it offer the flexibility of renting desks and meeting rooms but it will also provide the opportunity to network, share ideas and collaborate on projects with others.
Thinking of joining Ealing Workspace when it opens?
The designers for Ealing Workspace, Project Office, are currently working on plans for the space at St James House. Project Office are keen to hear from anyone interested in using the new hub about what to include.
