Connecting the pieces: The coming together of Jigsaw

We’d like to take you back to the beginning. Back to the beginning of our Jigsaw story and where it all began with the brand. It was a long process that we devoted lots of hours to, with the aim of creating a brand which successfully evokes the essence of the future of West Ealing.
Welcome to Jigsaw, an identity developed around the theme of connectivity. The concept stemmed from the idea of re-connecting and re-piecing together what was previously a less desirable area with its surrounding flourishing west London suburb. The introduction of Crossrail in 2019 is an integral part of this concept, creating the link between central and east London.

Ealing boasts lots of positives; dubbed ‘heavenly suburbia’ with its tree-lined streets, beautiful large houses, period architecture, prospering shops, tranquil parks and an excellent transport service, making it a real property hotspot. Jigsaw’s identity was carefully crafted to ensure the development’s positive ethos and vision now connects with the positivity that surrounds it and completes Ealing as a cosmopolitan and attractive place to live.

Jigsaw also aims to convey this concept of connectivity in the architecture and design of the homes, as well as the layout of the entire scheme, by having the buildings facing outwards to the community rather than inwards. Pedestrians can also walk through the scheme’s landscaped gardens and tree-lined pathways rather than having to walk around the development. There will be a new café, primary school, sports facilities, meeting rooms and children’s play areas on site.

Jigsaw encompasses the positive transformation this development will have on the community through excellent design and innovative architecture, created using materials that are simple in form and will age and grow gracefully alongside Ealing’s vibrant neighbourhood.
