“We will be commencing public consultation on our plans towards the end of July 2014.
Our intention is to submit a residential-led mixed use planning application for around 80,000sq ft later this year.

Located on Carlton Road within the London Borough of Wandsworth, the site of just over half an acre is within 100 metres of East Putney underground station and was sold with vacant possession.
