Rosie Nesbitt

With over half of her life dedicated to the property industry, Rosie has held a number of senior roles across the property sector, spanning residential, lettings, and student accommodation. Her journey commenced as an apprentice on Berkeley's Royal Arsenal Riverside regeneration project, where she swiftly progressed her career working for some of the leading names in property, earning her appointment as Group Sales and Marketing Director at A2Dominion just over a decade ago.

Stepping into this pivotal role during a period of scarce government funding, Rosie became the driving force behind the creation of the FABRICA brand, A2Dominion's private sales arm which has since delivered over £1.8 billion in residential sales, boasting a diverse portfolio tailored to a multitude of audiences. Rosie's repertoire encompasses several market first’s including the launch of the UK's first Eco-Town in Bicester to the UK's tallest brick tower in London. During her career she has lead the launches of 80 projects both in the UK and internationally, ranging from high-end Riverside apartment developments to starter homes in the Home Counties each with their own unique identity and proposition.

Beyond her leadership of the Sales and Marketing department, Rosie's expertise extends to the strategic appraisal and acquisition of land to the meticulous refinement of product offerings to ensure every development meets the needs of our customers well before it is brought to market. This holistic approach underscores Rosie's deep-seated commitment and unwavering dedication to the property sector.
