To ensure the continued safety of our residents during the global pandemic, some of our regular social activities have had to be postponed or reimagined, and indoor communal areas are closed until further notice. But residents need not miss out on delicious meals while the bistro dining room is shut: daily room service is available upon request. The grounds remain open and are perfect for socially-distanced activities, such as gardening.
Staff and residents are regularly tested for COVID-19, and extra mental health support has been prioritised throughout lockdown. Carers are on hand to keep residents company during mealtimes, or accompany them on a socially-distanced walk. And while family visits are reduced (in order to keep residents safe), staff are happy to step in and help with anything from taking deliveries up to apartments to assisting with Facetime. As always, our residents’ wellbeing is our priority.
