On site, construction has been a hive of activity. The final tower crane, which was first installed in the winter of 2022 is set to be removed on 17th February, marking a milestone in our journey and the completion of the external façade. The crane will be de-rigged by a abseil team using a smaller mobile crane and then dismantled in sections and removed on flat bed articulated lorries. During its time on site, the crane has been used to load everything from roofing materials to bricks and balconies. Following this all scaffolding will also be dismantled and removed from site.

Internally, the remaining units in Core D (151 – 185 Sarsen House) have entered the snagging stage. Our plasterers are currently working on Core E (205-254 Sarsen House) on the lower floors – after plastering we’ll be installing kitchens and internal doors. Our plumbers, electricians and dryliners are currently working throughout the site.

Other activity includes the redecoration of some of the internal corridors following which our wayfinding (internal signage) will be installed. This includes, floor directories, lift signage and external building signage to help you, and your visitors navigate the site.

We’re on track for residents in Core C (103-150 Sarsen House) & D to complete (the day we give you your keys) from April 2024 and Core E units are on track to complete in September 2024. ¹
